Common questions
I bought Pro but it is not unlocked
Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. Restoring re-checks your App Store entitlement — it never charges you again.
- Confirm you are signed in with the same Apple Account that bought Pro (iOS Settings → your name → Media & Purchases).
- If you are on a family member's device, Pro follows the purchasing account, not the device.
- Still locked after a restore? Email us the purchase receipt from Apple and your app version — we will sort it out.
I want a refund
All payments are processed by Apple, so refunds are issued by Apple — not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple Account that made the purchase.
If the reason is something broken in the game, please also email us. Most refund requests trace back to a bug we can fix.
Where are my saves? Can I move them to a new iPhone?
Empires are saved on your device via SwiftData, across multiple independent slots. There is no cloud account, no login, and nothing is uploaded.
- New device: restore an encrypted iPhone or iCloud device backup onto the new phone and your saves come with it.
- Deleting the app deletes local saves. Offload rather than delete if you want to keep them.
- Watchlists, screener filters, and run progress are scoped per save slot, so slots never bleed into each other.
The Weekly Challenge will not load, or my rank is missing
The live challenge needs a short connection to fetch the week's authored tape; once cached, the run continues offline. Ranked scores are submitted through Apple Game Center.
- Check your connection, then reopen the challenge screen.
- Confirm Game Center is signed in: iOS Settings → Game Center.
- Rankings show friends rank and percentile — there is no public global top-100 by design.
- The live week is one cold attempt. Pro can re-run archived weeks unranked for practice.
The app crashed or a number looks wrong
Send a bug report using the template below. Crashes and money-math anomalies are top priority — the simulation's cash layer is conservation-audited, so a number that looks impossible usually is a real defect worth reporting.
Before emailing, try: force-quit and reopen, confirm you are on the latest App Store version, and restart the device once.
Which devices and iOS versions are supported?
iPhone, iOS 17 or later is the primary target. iPad is supported and playable — sheets and trade flows use adaptive widths — with native iPad layout work continuing. There is no Mac, Android, or web version.
Is any of this real money or real trading?
No. Every company, ticker, and price is fictional. Nothing connects to real markets, real brokerages, or real accounts, and nothing in the game is financial advice. See the Terms of Service.
Privacy, data, and deletion requests
Saves stay on device and we do not sell personal data. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy. To ask a privacy question or have correspondence we hold deleted, email goreste90@gmail.com.

Feature requests
Requests genuinely shape the roadmap — instruments, scenarios, and realism fixes have all shipped from player mail. Tell us what you were trying to do and why the current mechanic got in the way; that is more useful than a feature name on its own.
