Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Wall Street Raider (“we”, “us”) is an independently published iOS game. Contact: goreste90@gmail.com. Website: wallstreetraider-60f7d.web.app.
2. What the app does with data
- Game saves & preferences — Stored on your device (SwiftData / local storage). Multiple save slots stay local. We do not operate a cloud account system for your empire.
- Weekly Challenge (optional ranking) — Fetching the week’s challenge may use a network request. If you submit a ranked score, that score is handled through Apple Game Center under Apple’s privacy terms. You can play without ranking.
- Purchases — Optional Pro unlocks are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details.
- Diagnostics / analytics — If analytics or crash reporting are enabled in a given build, they are used to improve stability and product quality, not to sell advertising profiles. You can limit tracking system-wide in iOS Settings.
3. What this website collects
This marketing site is a static Firebase Hosting site. Standard web server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) may be processed by the host for security and reliability. Contact emails you send are used only to respond to support or press requests.
The site uses Google Analytics 4 to count page views and measure how many visitors tap through to the App Store. It is configured in cookieless mode: no analytics cookies are written to your device, no persistent identifier is stored, and visits are not linked together across sessions. IP addresses are anonymised before processing. We do not run advertising pixels, remarketing tags, or any third-party ad network on this site, and no site data is used to build an advertising profile.
4. What we do not do
- We do not connect to real brokerages or real securities accounts.
- We do not collect real-money trading credentials.
- We do not sell your personal information to data brokers.
- We do not show third-party ads in the game.
5. Children
Wall Street Raider is a financial strategy simulation intended for a general audience that understands market concepts. It is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it where applicable.
6. Third parties
Apple provides the App Store, In-App Purchase, and optionally Game Center. Their handling of data is governed by Apple’s privacy policy. Challenge content may be delivered from our hosting endpoints; those payloads are game data, not personal profiles.
7. Your choices
- Delete the app to remove local saves from the device (subject to device backups you control).
- Do not submit ranked weekly scores if you prefer not to use Game Center.
- Manage Apple ID, purchase history, and Game Center in iOS Settings / App Store.
- Email us to ask privacy questions or request deletion of correspondence we hold.
8. International users
The app and site may be accessed worldwide. Data processed by Apple or hosting providers may be stored in the United States or other regions where those providers operate, subject to their safeguards.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
